Product Description

Sink roller is one of the important equipment components in galvanizing production line. In the galvanized pot used for galvanizing line, the working temperature reaches 600 ~ 700ºC. During production, the sink roller should be immersed in the zinc liquid as a whole, and the zinc liquid should be stirred and glued to the surface of the galvanized sheet with a stabilizing roller. The surface structure and quality of the sink roll directly affect the galvanized quality and service life of the sheet metal. Therefore, the sink roll is one of the key factors that determine the production quality and production efficiency of the galvanizing production line.
