Designing :

1) According to customer's production process to design the pattern 
2) Reasonable design, low stress concentration, highest possible to eliminate the roller deformation caused by stress concentration.
3) Reasonable cooling water design, so as to make the product reach the required design and qualified raw plate quality.

Materials:

1) Main material choose 45#\2Cr13\20CrNiMo\40CrNiMoA etc.

2)The round steel that we use is produced by electric arc furnace or high frequency melting furnace, all billet needs to be forged. All kinds of pattern roller that we produce are using the above-mentioned material, the inner hole is processed by rough boring  and precise boring, honing and plating the inner hole.

3)Heat Treatment Process: Before processing, the roller body and shaft head should be heat treated according to the specification, strictly follow the heat  treatment curve of heating →preservation→cooling. After the assembling(shrink-fitting,welding or bolting),according to the heat treatment curve to process the distressing heat  treatment.
